Sardine Tails Pickled
Tails of large sardines from Asturias and Rias Baixas depending on the season.
They are cut by hand, roasted with oak wood and canned in marinade, with Arberquino extra virgin olive oil from Torre de Canena, a high-quality and smooth oil that does not detract from the sardine, apple cider vinegar and aromatics. If you can't be at Playa de Vega right now, at least eat as if you were there.
