A unique panettone from Rustichella d'Abruzzo. This rich, buttery dome-shaped brioche bread is studded with candied Amarene (black Morello cherries) and scented with natural vanilla. The dough is made with a special natural yeast and allowed to rise three times—or almost 20 hours—before baking.

Ingredients: candied sour cherries 21.5%, (sour cherries 57%, sugar, water, glucose syrup, acidifier: citric acid, concentrated sour cherry juice, color: anthocyanins, flavors), wheat flour, fresh eggs, natural yeast ( wheat flour, water), butter, sugar, black cherry paste, 5%, (glucose-fructose syrup, black cherries, sugar, black cherry juice, vegetable concentrate (black carrot, hibiscus), acidifier: citric acid, natural flavors), emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin, whole milk, glucose syrup, fresh egg yolk, salt, skimmed milk powder, natural flavors. 30g powdered sugar bag: sugar, wheat starch, flavorings.
