Refund policy
We want you to love what you bring home from Little King.We stand behind the quality of the brands we carry and want every item to meet your expectations. If something arrives less than perfect, please reach out right away—we’re here to make it right.If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit. Store credit is valid for one year from the issue date.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Items must be unused, in sellable condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for in-store returns (receipt, email confirmation, or order number).
Little King reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges if they do not meet these conditions.
All sales are final on:
- Sale and markdown items
- Special orders and custom pieces
- Off-site sales and seasonal items
- Gift cards
- Paper goods, books, and magazines
- Pantry items
- Skincare, fragrance, personal care, beauty products, and candles
- Socks

How to Start a Return/Exchange:
- You can submit a return request through our portal here, or email us your request with your order number (found in your confirmation or shipping email.)
- Once a return label has been issued, item(s) must be shipped back to us within 5 business days. Returns not sent back within a reasonable timeframe may be refused.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to process after your return has been received and inspected.

Shipping & Return Fees:
- Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, including the cost of return.
- In the event you received the wrong item, or the item arrived damaged, you will not be responsible for shipping fees to replace your item or get you the correct one.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- International duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Little King is not responsible for lost or damaged returned goods.
Returned to Sender or Refused:
If a package is refused or returned to sender:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate, or inaccessible addresses. Orders returned due to address issues may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate your package, we recommend waiting 24 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages delivered slightly early.
If it still hasn’t turned up, please reach out with your order number—we’re happy to help file a claim on your behalf.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement at no additional charge.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request:
- Photos or video of the item showing the damage
- Photos of the packaging (inside and outside of the box)
After the claim is resolved, we will offer either a refund or replacement, depending on your preference and item availability.
Please note that once an order has been handed to the carrier, responsibility for safe transit rests with the shipping provider. Little King is not liable for damages that occur in transit.
After 30 Days of Delivery:
Issues reported after 30 days fall outside of our coverage and are better resolved by contacting the brand manufacturer directly for warranty support.
Extended Holiday Returns
For orders placed between November 25 – December 25:
- Returns and exchanges are accepted through January 8
- Items must still meet all standard return eligibility requirements
- Final sale items remain non-returnable
- Gift recipients may exchange items; refunds are issued to the original payment method
Furniture Shipping & Returns
Shipping & Delivery:Small furniture ships via UPS Ground (signature required)Larger items ship via freight:
- $299 Curbside Delivery (continental U.S.)
- $449 White Glove Delivery (metro NYC & Los Angeles only)
Furniture Returns:
- Furniture may be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for arranging return freight (e.g., Roadie or GoShare). Little King is not responsible for coordinating pick up of large items for returns.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- A repackaging fee applies if original packaging is not available:
- 5% for freight items
- $10 for parcel returns
