Our Genmai Matcha Hails From The Famed Town Of Uji And Is A Blend Of First Flush Sencha, High Grade Matcha Powder, And Toasted Puffed-Brown Rice. A Deep Green Cup With A Silky Mouthfeel And A Lovely Baked Grain Finish.

- Loose Leaf Tea: Net Wt. 100g
- Tea bags: individually wrapped plant-based tea bags made from Soiron, recyclable corn polymer. 12 x 3g individually wrapped bags per box.
Brewing. 1st Steep: 5-6g of leaf / 210g Water (195°F) / Steep for 1 Minute. 2nd Steep: 195°F Steep for 1 minute.
Storage: Keep the tea in the refrigerator. After opening, place the tin in a ziploc bag before returning to the fridge - this will protect the tea from absorbing any aromas from your refrigerator.
