Pie Making Class 6/30
Pie Making Classes with Stacey Mei Yan Fong of 50 Pies, 50 States!
We’re thrilled to announce two Pie Baking classes coming to Little King this month, led by Stacey Mei Yan Fong, author of the thrillingly inventive 50 Pies, 50 States: An Immigrant’s Love Letter to the United States Through Pie.
Stacey will take you through the technical basics of making pie dough, a seasonal fruit filling, assembling, and baking. All students will take home their own pie and a Vermont-made rolling pin for future pie adventures!
Classes will be held on the afternoon of Sunday June 30th in the Little King kitchen in Beacon, New York. There is limited capacity for this very special event, so be sure to secure a ticket via our website.
Afterall, it’s the perfect season to sharpen your pie-making skills with Stacey!
Sunday, June 30th at 12pm or 3pm (8 people limit per class)
$95 per person (includes Vermont-made rolling pin and a whole take home pie!)

Lunch Pop Up Every Monday at Little King!
A long time in the works! We are so excited for the return of Hibino Day by Day at Little King. Our friend, and ever-inspiring chef, Fish will be taking up residence for Monday lunch service this time around, from 11:30a-2:30p or sold out! She’ll be offering a new menu each week. Follow along to stay up to date. We can’t wait to taste what she cooks up!
