This blend is inspired by our many visits to Aleppo’s great spice markets and many meals we enjoyed with our Syrian spice suppliers. It gives an authentic Middle Eastern flavor to your meat and poultry dishes. Baharat is also commonly used as a marinade for meat or as a finishing spice.  Aleppo Seven Spice is a perfect blend for rice pilafs and rice stuffing for vine leaves.
