Handcrafted from a blend of various wood species, these cutting and serving boards showcase unique striped patterns and are signed with the Russell James Ooms signature brand. Woods used may include Walnut, Oak, Cherry, Poplar, Mahogany, Douglas Fir, Wenge, Hard Maple, Purple Heart, and Paduke, among various other exotics and reclaimed varieties.
 
Care: Hand wash. We recommend treating your cutting board with mineral oil or mixture of beeswax and mineral oil at least every one to two years to keep its color, richness and moisture resistance for a lifetime of enjoyment. We sell a special organic beeswax food-safe wood finish that Russell recommends here.

Each board is treated with a special mixture of oil and beeswax.
