Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers Only)

This policy applies exclusively to customers located in the European Union. If you are not located in the EU, this policy does not apply to your purchase.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, EU customers must submit a withdrawal request using the electronic withdrawal form available on our website. You do not need to be logged in to use this form. The withdrawal period is met if you submit your request before the 14-day period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal request.

Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to EU customers for:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
• Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery (please see full return policy for items that are returnable)
• Goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items
• Perishable goods or goods with a short expiry date

This right is granted under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and EU Directive 2023/2673 and applies only to consumers in the European Union.
