What can I return?

You may return most items within 30 days of purchase, as long as they are unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition. Some items are final sale.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! We’re happy to offer exchanges on any item that is not final sale. Please note that a $15 exchange fee applies to cover return shipping and sending out the new item.

What items are final sale?
  • Final sale items include sale and markdown items, special orders, custom pieces, and select product categories such as pantry and beauty.

My order says it was delivered, but I don’t have it—what should I do?
  • Sometimes carriers mark parcels delivered 1-3 days early by mistake. If your order hasn’t arrived, please allow a few days before reaching out.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
  • Email us as soon as possible at info@littleking.online. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. Once shipped, we’re unable to make changes. Please be aware Little King is not responsible for orders shipped with incorrect addresses.

Do you use eco-friendly shipping materials?

We reuse packaging whenever possible and prioritize kraft paper and cardboard. To ensure safe delivery, we may occasionally use protective materials like bubble wrap or foam when needed.

More broadly, we prioritize working with brands that are mindful of their environmental impact and focus on responsible production practices. Our goal is to offer products that are made to last—supporting a more thoughtful, low-waste approach to living.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed quickly and typically ship within a few business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

My order arrived damaged/not working, what should I do?

Please report any damaged or defective items within 30 days of delivery. You can email us at info@littleking.online.

Can I modify my order after it has been placed?

We process orders quickly to get them out the door. If you need to make a change, please email us at info@littleking.online as soon as possible. Once an order has been packed, we’re not able to make changes.

Can I get my pick up order the same day I placed it?

In most cases, yes. You may pick up your order any day our shop is open (Thursday-Monday, 11am-6pm). If you plan to pick up the same day on a Saturday or Sunday, we recommend calling ahead to ensure it’s ready.

Do you charge sales tax?

We currently collect sales tax in NY, NJ, and VA.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some items may be restocked depending on availability. Feel free to reach out if you’re looking for something specific.

Where are your products from?

Our products come from a carefully curated mix of brands, makers, and producers—primarily rooted in Nordic and Japanese design traditions. We focus on sourcing pieces that reflect a sense of timelessness, quality, and thoughtful living at home. Rather than following trends, we partner with designers and companies that create objects meant to last—both in durability and design.

Do you sell gift cards?
  • Yes! Gift cards are available starting at $25 and available here.
  • Physical gift cards can be bought in-store only.
  • Digital gift cards are delivered immediately via email and ready to use.
How do I send a digital gift card to someone else?
  • Before adding a gift card to your cart, simply select the “I want to send this as a gift” on the product's page.
  • For security reasons, we’re unable to send gift cards to an email address different from the one used at checkout.
