Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items with all original packaging for a refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase. 

To start your return process, please have your order number and the email address associated with the order ready. You can submit a return request directly here. Or you can email us at info@littleking.online to receive a return authorization. 

• Store credit is valid for one year from the issue date.
• An original sales receipt, email receipt, or order number is required for in-store returns. 
• We do not give price adjustments. All sales are final on sale merchandise, special orders, off-site sales, markdowns, gift certificates, paper goods, pantry items, skincare, beauty products, and fragrance. 
• We have the right to deny exchanges or store credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. 
• Customer is responsible for paying shipping fees for returning items to store. Little King is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty or tax reimbursement in the case of international purchases. Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.

Little King Extended Holiday Returns:
Orders placed between November 25 and December 25 can be returned or exchanged until January 8th.

Eligibility:

• Items must be new, unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Seasonal items, sale items, food & pantry, skincare, fragrance, custom pieces, and final-sale items are not eligible for return.

• Gift recipients may exchange items; refunds go to the original form of payment only.

Condition Requirements:
Returned items must arrive in new sellable condition. Items damaged due to improper packaging will not be eligible for refund.

How to Start a Return:
Go directly here with your order number for self serve. If your item falls between the extension email us at info@littleking.online. We’ll provide a prepaid return label (if eligible).

Return Shipping & Fees:

• A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
  

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Timing:
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 3–5 business days for your refund to process.
