Big Green is Uncle's all-purpose curry—perfect to eat every day with just about anything. We used long green and Thai chilis, lemongrass, kaffir lime peels, galangal, turmeric, and an earthy mix of spices to create a green curry that is rich in flavor, has good heat, and is most importantly, not too sweet. Uncle’s Curry Block is sourced, cooked, and freeze-dried in Thailand, complete with coconut milk. All you have to do is cook your choice of meat and vegetables, drop in the block, then add water.
