Espinaler Sauce in Bottle

In the 1950s, when Joan Tapias was leading the Espinaler company, his wife Ventureta Roldós crafted a unique sauce to complement Galician shellfish. This recipe has been passed down through generations, and remains a family secret today. Enjoy it with your favorite canned fish or seafood dishes, or add a little spice with its hot version.
