It can be enjoyed solo, simply on a cracker, and—thanks to its relishable character—as a complement to almost any savory dish. Mediterranean tuna pasta anyone?

Caught in the eastern and western parts of the Atlantic Ocean and in the southeastern Pacific, this tuna is a high nutritional food product.
