Houjicha Powder | 100g ほうじ茶パウダ

A rich and decadent Houjicha roasted green tea powder from Fukuoka, Japan. Milled to just 10 microns, this powder is incredibly fragrant, richly complex and wonderfully smooth. With notes of mocha, spun sugar and toasted walnuts, Houjicha powder is the ultimate comfort tea when blended with milk or nut milk.

How to Prepare

• Hot Latte: Whisk 3.5g of powder with 50 ml of hot water until a fine foam appears. Combine with 220ml of steamed milk.
• Iced Latte: Whisk 3.5g of powder with 50 ml of hot water until fine foam appears. Combine with 150ml of milk over ice.
